Sr. Salesforce Developer
LEN is a Salesforce CRM Team that provides legendary service to our Sales and Service agents. We are looking for the right candidate who is excited to contribute to scalable solutions and system enhancements in a highly collaborative IT team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical design of complex solutions and integrations across multiple Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Make key architectural decisions (data model, integration patterns, sharing/security, performance strategies) in line with enterprise standards.
- Build and maintain shared frameworks, reusable components, and integration services to accelerate delivery across the team.
- Review and sign off on code from the entire team for quality, security, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and develop the engineering team: set expectations, provide structured feedback, and create learning paths for less experienced developers.
- Partner with product owners and IT leadership to define technical roadmap, manage technical debt, and plan major releases and refactors.
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, and LWC
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core capabilities, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (leads, opportunities, cases, queues, omni-channel, knowledge).
- Experience building and consuming integrations between Salesforce and external systems; familiarity with enterprise or insurance platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and modern deployment approaches (change sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines).
- Ability to read and interpret requirements, write technical designs, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- [Preferred] Experience working with Guidewire and Genesys integrated with Salesforce, or similar insurance core systems.
- [Preferred] Experience with Salesforce integrations to a contact center platform (ideally Genesys) and familiarity with Salesforce Voice/telephony features.
