Job Description Summary

               

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Admin to support the ongoing delivery, enhancement, and stability of our Salesforce platform. This role will play a key part in enabling sales and service operations by delivering scalable solutions, supporting project-based implementations and maintaining a reliable production environment. The role partners closely with Salesforce Administrators and stakeholders across the globe and works alongside an AMS-partner (Application Managed Services). The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with deep platform expertise, strong collaboration skills, and experienced in managing enterprise-level Salesforce environments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Configuration & Optimization:
    Lead the configuration and enhancement of core Sales and Service Cloud functionality including leads, opportunities, account/contact management, forecasting, territory management, sales workflows and case management, queues and knowledgebase content.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work closely with business teams and the AMS-partner to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, and ensure configurations support business goals and processes.
  • Testing & Deployment Support:
    Support user acceptance testing (UAT) through test planning, coordination, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Production Support & Stability:
    Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring platform performance and availability.
  • Enhancement Execution:
    Own and deliver enhancement requests including configuration changes, automation updates (e.g., flows, validation rules), and UI improvements, in collaboration with development teams.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    Act as a platform steward, promoting best practices and standardization, scalability, and adherence to enterprise governance standards.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Service Cloud capabilities
  • Proven experience supporting both project implementations and production support environments.
  • Understanding of integrations and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, marketing automation etc)
  • Familiarity with UAT processes and working within a structured release cycle.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across cultures and regions with a customer-service mindset.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin and/or Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification a strong plus.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.

               

Pay Rate or Range: $86,380.00 - $129,570.00
