We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Territory Sales Manager …  
1.    This position to be located in East China, preferred in Suzhou, Wuxi or Shanghai.
2.    The Sales Territory Manager will drive and manage territory business growth to meet and exceed objectives. 
3.    Responsible for sales, forecast, customer management, SFDC adherences and other sales related activities etc.
4.    Focus on prospecting and account penetration with initiatives to develop customer accounts and account plans.
5.    The Sales Territory Manager will ensure smooth and fully compliant contracts, customer facing events, promotional activities and company images and full executions.
6.    Regular communications with multiple stakeholders with transparency, visibility and compliance with both local and company regulations and risk management programs.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.   Develop, communicate, execute sales plans with a focus on data analytics, market intelligence and customer information.
2.   Act in accordance with legal, ethical and social standards required by local laws and organizational culture.
3.   Establish and maintain appropriate and legitimate relationships with key market leaders, business partners, international peers, relevant stakeholders and the industry as a whole.
4.   Synchronize sales growth plans for the territory together with the commercial strategy of the country business. 
5.   Adhering to sales cadences including preparation of monthly order/sales forecast, opportunity funnels and win/loss reports.
6.   General business development activities based on product-value proposition for laser products in the territory.
7.   Can do attitude with a holistic mindset utilizing clear and definitive methodologies in prospecting and penetration of accounts.


What will you bring to the team, along with your:
1. Bachelors’ Degree or above required, major preferred in Technical or Engineering Field.
2.  More than 5 years working experience in selling Laser or related systems in the commercial space.
3.  Demonstrated experiences in successfully managing and growing accounts.
4.  Ability to multi-task and manage complex sell-in buying structures.
5. Demonstrated key account management skill in generating account plans and has foresight in industries including but not limited to PV, OLED, uLED, Semiconductors, PCB, Medical.
6.  Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to earn credibility both internally and externally.
7.   Fiduciary spirit, the ability to foster relationships and represent to all key stakeholders, and the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
8.    Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing, matrix international organization.
9.    Excellent problem solving, organizational and negotiating skills. 
10.  Fluency in Mandarin and English both written and oral is mandatory.
11.  Ability to travel approximately up to 60% of the time, predominantly domestic.
