Sr. Sales Representative, Instruments, İzmir

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.
  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
  • Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.
  • Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to HCPs
  • Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.
  • Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.
  • Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two). - with required Sales & Clinical support certificates  approved by MOH
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations is required.
  • Proven performance and continuous success in reaching sales targets
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred:

  • Medical device related fields or B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge in Brain & ENT or Orthopedic Surgery Therapies
  • Experience in clinical work environment
  • Residing or willing to reside in İzmir 

Travel Percentage: 90%
