uBreakiFix by Asurion stores specialize in repairing the devices people rely on every day — from smartphones and tablets to computers, game consoles, and more. Our repair technicians work on a wide range of devices and are trained to fix nearly anything with a power button. uBreakiFix stores are authorized service providers for leading brands like Samsung, Google, and Microsoft and have access to Apple genuine parts, tools, and manuals through Apple's Independent Repair Provider network. Whether diagnosing issues, repairing devices, or supporting customers in-store, uBreakiFix team members solve real problems and help people get their favorite devices back up and running when it matters most.  

 
This role will provide analytical and consulting support to uBreakiFix by Asurion Leadership in making strategic decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data. This may involve analyzing information in Excel, PowerPoint or other tools, and presenting the data to various leaders. Supports and prepares comprehensive analyses, operational and financial reports with written summaries to organizational leadership.  
 
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
 

  • Interpret reports and build actionable plans for uBreakiFix (UBIF) by Asurion stores to improve operations for the franchise network.  
  • Working directly with cross-functional partners to prioritize initiatives and resolve issues to move the franchise relationship forward.  
  • Perform data analysis on large data sets pulled from a variety of systems and tables.  
  • Perform root-cause analysis on significant revenue-related deviations. 
  • Compilation and presentation of project actionable plans including milestones and progress updates.  
  • Management of the configuration, testing, and monitoring of transactions processed through financial systems used by the department. 
  • Creation and management of critical business reporting tools and turning data into accurate and relevant information with limited direction. 
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

SKILLS: 

  • Proficiency in a variety of accounting and office applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, organized, and results oriented.  
  • Strong people skills, effective verbal, and written communications. 
  • Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.  
  • Positive attitude and dedicated team orientation. 
  • Ability to interpret sales data, trends, and KPIs (sell-through rate, margin, inventory turnover) 
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic modeling) 
  • Familiarity with data tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus 
  • Forecasting demand and identifying patterns in customer behavior 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Required Education and Experience: 1 year+ 
  • Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics and 3 years+​
