The Role
We are looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to assist with Solera’s growth across North America. You will be a high potential individual contributor tasked with partnering with stakeholders across the region. This will be both a varied and rewarding role, recruiting across various areas (finance, sales, operations, and marketing).
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top talent.
- Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports.
- Collaborate with external search partners when needed and manage vendor relationships.
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring (software, hardware, product, engineering) and commercial profiles (account executives, sales engineers, SDRs).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and technical assessment tools (e.g., Codility, UCAT).
- Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance in recruiting.
