We are looking for a talented Quality Automation Engineer to join our Hybrid QE team and lead the automation testing activity.
Our QE team members are responsible for testing scientific applications in the Oil and Gas exploration domain. This includes manual algorithm testing, functional Testing, UI testing and Automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of scientific applications, designing automated tests, executing them and monitoring the tests results to validate the software performance.

- Get familiar with advanced scientific software and be able to identify user test cases
- Create and execute automated tests.
- Identify software application weaknesses.
- Monitor tests results, create test reports and maintain existing test cases
- Follow test cases documents and be able to automate those test cases
- Collaborate with the Domain testing team (Manual testers)
- Collaborate with Software development teams
What You'll Need
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or another relevant diploma
- 4 to 7 years of experience working as a Senior QA Automation Engineer
- Proven knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Proven experience with UI based automation frameworks- Cypress (preferred), Selenium, Playwright or Squish.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-based testing frameworks (e.g., Test.ai, Functionize, Applitools, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytics skills and attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
