  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, and other areas to align priorities and secure resources.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and interconnections that could impact project success.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide transparent progress tracking, reporting, and documentation to leadership.
  • Bring a thoughtful challenge to existing processes and champion creative, data-driven solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required (Life Science or Business preferred)
  • 6+ years of project or program management experience with a strong record of success from initiation through completion required.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile) preferred; PPI/Lean/Six Sigma certification a major plus.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects ($500K+ CAPEX/OPEX budgets) and leading initiatives lasting 6+ months.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

Skills & Abilities

  • Skilled at influencing across matrixed, global environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams toward shared goals.
