Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and support large-scale enterprise initiatives focused on endpoint modernization, cloud migration, and collaboration platforms. This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with minimal disruption to mission-critical operations.
HOW A TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Develop and maintain detailed process flow documentation
- Establish project metrics, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms to measure performance and progress
- Compile and present project status reports with key insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.
- Provide the team with support in data analysis, digital collaboration, and user experience enhancements.
- Manage Office 365 upgrades across 160,000 machines that required updating before migrating users to Office 365.
- Conduct thorough reviews & analysis of user information to plan and execute weekly migration schedules effectively.
- Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
- Deliver white-glove support for Microsoft Office 365 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes during migrations and high-priority events.
- Provide advanced support for diagnosing and resolving complex issues to minimize disruptions to mission-critical systems and applications.
- Coordinate the migration issues/concerns with Service Desk, and other groups impacted by both machine upgrades and user migrations
- Support Google Workspace
- Provide oversight and technical project management for workstreams focused on Unified Endpoint Management solutions, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory.
- Provide analysis and recognize areas of potential risk, schedule slippage.
- Work with several cross functional teams and organizations
- Develop content, PowerPoint presentations, and executive-level or peer-ready materials that require minimal revisions by others.
- Track actions, record detailed meeting minutes, assign, and follow up with responsible parties and stakeholders on action plans.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Required skills:
- Experience supporting large-scale device deployments and user migrations
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and enterprise systems architecture
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical initiatives
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present to executive leadership
- Technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into business terms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Have a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments

Technical skills:
- Hands-on or working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office 365 (migration and administration)

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
