Sr Project Engineer - PMO

1. Qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic
Engineering.
2) Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including collaboration across
the full value chain (certifications such as U.S. PMI or U.K. OGC are highly desirable).
3) At least 5 years of experience related to NPD (Program management experience is an
advantage).
4) Exceptional insights into end-to-end project management for to-C products.
5) Ability to effectively drive projects within a matrix organizational structure, ensuring the
achievement of QCT goals.
6) Excellent summarization, reporting, and English communication skills.
7) Demonstrates strong structural thinking, a clear thought process, and excellent logical
reasoning skills.
8) Experience in managing the development of mechatronic finished products (experience in
power tools is preferred).
9) Proven stakeholder management skills and effective team management experience.
10) Strong self-motivation and solid leadership capabilities.
2. Responsibilities
1) Inspire and lead the project team to achieve KPIs for all projects within the portfolio.
2) Provide regular progress updates to leadership and secure their support to ensure
smooth project advancement.
3) Collaborate across departments and oversee projects from initiation to completion based
on project Gateways.
4) Conduct professional risk management and proactively resolve critical path issues.
5) Continuously iterate processes, tools, and infrastructure based on project practices to
empower project managers to manage projects more effectively.
6) Ensure the right projects are executed and completed in the most efficient manner.
7) Manage and implement projects in compliance with company-standard procedures.
8) Develop the team into a professional PMO, ensuring seamless execution of other related
tasks as assigned by the department.
