We are seeking a Program Manager to manage the product lifecycle processes for large cross-functional programs and drive towards successful product launches. The position reports to the Senior Director of Market Development and will support growth and profitability with a focus on new product initiatives. The Market Development team is responsible for expansion of the business into new products and new markets.
This is a pivotal role that works on multiple programs and coordinates efforts across the company – product management, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and others – to ensure teams are aligned and working towards aligned goals and milestones for big bet initiatives. The key success for this role is measured by smooth product launches and positive impact in the market.
