The Team:

Join our Team, where we focus on managing and improving oil and gas production data. Our work includes acquiring, processing, and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability. We’re a collaborative group committed to delivering high-quality data to our customers.

The Impact: As a Senior Production Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the North American Upstream database, with a focus on Texas wells and production data. You’ll help maintain and improve data quality through research, data entry, and validation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with your manager to understand team goals and contribute to daily operations.

  • Assist in reviewing and preparing production data from state agencies and operators.

  • Perform QC on production data and resolve or escalate discrepancies.

  • Learn to identify and resolve data inconsistencies using internal tools and resources.

  • Collaborate with the Data Transformation team to improve data accuracy.

  • Strong exposure to oil and gas production concepts and data workflows.

  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

  • Curious and able to think critically.

  • Comfortable working independently and in a team.

  • Good communicators with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Earth Science with 2-4 years of experience in related field is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge with oil and gas terminology is required.

  • Strong interest in data analysis and problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of SQL is a bonus.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

  • Willingness to learn internal systems and tools.
