What you'll be doing
You will be part of the Digital Platforms, .COM & Publishing team, responsible for managing, supporting, and monitoring the AEM Asset CS platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Your key activities will include responding to support requests, creating and managing change requests (CRs), collaborating with development and QA resources, participating in the AEM Governance committee, keeping stakeholders informed about platform enhancements and fixes, updating user guides and documentation, providing training, and sharing monthly KPI reports on platform usage and user engagement. The team is focused on continuously improving the capabilities of AEM Assets CS, supporting business objectives, and delivering high-quality client experiences through innovative content and asset management solutions.
