Job Responsibilities:
Champion Agile practices, by supporting the team on a tactical level while also ensuring the long-term strategic alignment of the product, work closely with business stakeholders, product managers and the technical teams to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize and effectively communicate product requirements.
Continuously translating the product vision into an internal roadmap and well-maintained backlog will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Collaborate consistently with the Manager to define and monitor key product metrics, ensuring success throughout the product lifecycle.
Articulate the vision to delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.
Coordinate implementation of products and service solutions and enhancements.
Prioritize product backlog based on overall strategy and business objectives and works with the Scrum Master to drive sprint and release plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by assessing, evaluating, and fully understanding the business and product needs and requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams to ensure full understanding of product scope, objectives, requirements, and dependencies.
Oversee all stages of development, including planning, refining, demoing, and releasing.
Facilitate sprint activities, create, and communicate requirements between key stakeholders and product teams.
Key participant in retrospectives to continually improve team processes.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define and monitor key product metrics, ensuring success throughout the product lifecycle.
Prepare and communicates progress to stakeholders regularly.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred and minimum 6 or more years of experience developing innovative, technical products.
Product Owner certification preferred.
Required understanding of, and experience with, Agile methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and product customers.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Thorough understanding of endpoint (desktop, laptop, mobile) technology and IT infrastructure.
Must have a technical background and ability to understand how our product can integrate and complement other technological solutions and help drive adoption across the FRS.
In addition to the above required qualifications, the following are desired:
Product management and marketing skillsets and experience.
Experience with one or more software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile SCRUM.
Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment, as well as external vendors and service providers.
Working knowledge of product development processes, including the ability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests for products, set product release schedules and create product forecasts.

Full salary range for job profile Sr. Product Owner:
$111,800- $139,727- $167,700
Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
