Principle Roles & Responsibilities
Develop brand plan and operation plan of Enspryng
Develop and implement go to market strategy and campaigns
Identify growth opportunity and generate customer insights in target segments
Develop differentiation messages in target segments and improve message delivery
Track brand results and find insights benefit brand.
Lead the local cross function team to accelerate Enspryng revenue fast to peak
Manage promotional expenses in an effective manner
Develop TAE engagement program and build neuro-immunology COE with PST
Develop brand promotion materials & sales tools and train sales team.
Provide accurate and timely forecast for supply chain
