Team overview:

Within Marketing Capabilities/ Content Supply Chain, our goal is to establish and maintain a connected tech ecosystem that provides a clear, real-time overview of plans, budgets, content creation, and performance metrics.

The Workflow Management product team, within Content Supply Chain, will focus on evolving a workflow planning ecosystem to support a more connected, data-informed, and agile photography studio. Work here will prioritize efficiency across intake, workflow and reporting.

 

Role overview:

As a Sr Product Manager of Studio Workflow Management, you will: 

 

  • Define and own the current product strategy & roadmap for first-party photo studio tools, aligning capabilities to studio workflow needs, business priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • Define a forward-looking product vision that enables a hybrid tech stack, balancing first-party and third-party solutions to drive flexibility, scalability, and long-term operational resilience.

  • Drive adoption, performance, and continuous improvement by leveraging user feedback and data to standardize processes, improve usability, and ensure tools scale with evolving studio demands. 

Areas of Expertise 

Product Management 

  • Roadmap development and prioritization aligned with marketing and business goals 

  • Writing clear product requirements and user stories for technical teams 

  • Leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, design, and analytics 

 

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Align cross-functional partners around product vision and priorities,

  • Collaborate on measurable outcomes while balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Change Management & Enablement 

  • Leading adoption of new tools and workflows across marketing teams 

  • Creating training, documentation, and feedback loops for continuous improvement 

  • Acting as the voice of the marketer in technical conversations 

 

You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and

actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.  

  

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction.

You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing

and completing yours.

About you:  

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience 

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, workflow systems, or campaign operations 

  • Experience implementing and scaling workflow platforms

  • Familiarity with GenAI use cases in content strategy or planning automation 

  • Strong cross-functional influence and data fluency
