The Position
Market understanding: regular tracking and analyzing market dynamics of responsible therapeutical area, competitions by hospital channels and by markets
Patient understanding deep dive on patient journey, identify key opportunities of brand and key touchpoints to influence
Brand positioning: define brand position to win in the market, develop winning brand messages to focused patients
Marketing strategy and plan: own brand strategy for hospital channel, design effective marketing plans and activations
Brand assets development: develop disease / product education materials and tools for hospital channel
Marketing campaigns: collaborate with internal / external partners, lead brand campaigns design and execution, track ROI and optimize following activations
Budget management: A&P planning and tracking
