We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trade Compliance & Export Controls to define, deliver, and evolve the product vision for automated, auditable, and globally consistent enforcement of export controls and trade compliance requirements.

This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commerce Operations, Engineering, and M&A integration teams. The role sits at the intersection of regulatory policy, enterprise platforms, and end‑to‑end transaction workflows that support Autodesk’s customer and growth journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Trade Compliance and Export Controls within GET

  • Translate regulatory obligations and risk scenarios into clear product outcomes and priorities

  • Balance short‑term regulatory commitments with long‑term platform scalability and reuse

  • Partner with engineering teams to design automated, scalable, and auditable compliance capabilities

  • Drive integration of compliance enforcement across ERP, CRM, Subscription, Commerce, and acquisition platforms

  • Define end‑to‑end transaction workflows spanning order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, and renewals

  • Act as the primary product interface for Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commerce Operations, and Engineering

  • Align senior stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs

  • Influence upstream systems and data owners to improve product classification, screening accuracy, and data quality

  • Author clear product requirements, epics, and acceptance criteria

  • Partner closely with engineering using Agile delivery practices

  • Prioritize work to meet regulatory deadlines while minimizing customer and operational friction

  • Ensure enforcement actions are traceable, explainable, and audit‑ready

  • Support internal and external audits through product capabilities and reporting

  • Define repeatable playbooks for integrating acquired companies into compliant transaction workflows

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise or platform environments

  • Experience delivering products in regulated, risk‑sensitive, or compliance‑driven domains

  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Commerce, or Subscription platforms

  • Proven ability to partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global trade compliance, export controls, or sanctions (direct or adjacent)

  • Familiarity with regulations such as EAR, ITAR, OFAC, or similar international trade frameworks

  • Experience integrating third‑party compliance or screening solutions

  • Strong data fluency with an understanding of auditability and traceability requirements

  • Experience supporting M&A integrations in enterprise environments
