Blink health

Sr. Product Manager

New York, NY; Pittsburgh, PA Full Time

Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

The Opportunity:
Blink Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic development across our
internal platforms, partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations. This role is ideal for a
product leader who enjoys diving deep into technical problem spaces, driving execution across
systems, and making complex processes feel simple and scalable.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the systems that power BlinkRx’s operations, working closely
with Engineering, Data, and Operations to deliver foundational tools that scale with the
business.

Responsibilities:
Set the product direction by defining the strategy and priorities across a suite of internal
and external facing tools and backend services that drive the operations of BlinkRx.
Lead the roadmap for external system integrations.
Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical
solutions that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs that power core business
processes and reduce friction for downstream teams.
Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve tools
based on data and user feedback. Identify opportunities in our business processes to automate, optimize, or rebuild for
scale.

Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform tools, internal
systems, integrations, or enterprise workflows.
Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role; able to
engage deeply with architecture and backend systems strongly preferred.
Adept at untangling complex, interdependent systems and turning them into scalable,
efficient solutions.
Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration
patterns; capable of translating business needs into technical specs.
Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features, such as
conversational AI, copilots, automation, or decision-support systems. Ability to translate
existing workflows into intelligent AI journeys that improve agent efficiency, reduce
handle time, and enhance customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science,
compliance, legal and operations to define AI requirements, validate models, and
implement monitoring frameworks. Track and optimize KPIs such as call resolution rate,
prior authorization turnaround, medication access speed, patient satisfaction
(CAHPS/CSAT), and regulatory adherence.
Data driven with a demonstrable history of using data to inform decisions, measure
success, and prioritize development.
A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, keeping stakeholders aligned, and
pushing through ambiguity with clarity and focus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product direction,
technical challenges, and business value across diverse audiences.
Familiarity with internal tooling, workflow automation, or logistics software preferred
