Sr. Product Launch Marketing Specialist

Job Description

This role is designed for a marketing professional who thrives on structured work and cross-functional collaboration. You will support product launches while driving key marketing projects that enable the broader team’s success.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product launches from a marketing and project management perspective
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones
• Support the development of launch materials and internal readiness activities
• Serve as a key liaison between marketing, agencies, and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or healthcare roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or vaccine launches
• Formal training or certification in project management
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
