Job Responsibilities:
• Senior Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. This could involve conducting process audits, gathering feedback from team members and customers, and using data analysis to drive improvements.
• You would develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows. This ensures consistency and clarity across the teams, making it easier to onboard new team members and maintain quality standards.
• Provide training and assist to Task Associates in their daily tasks and activities as a senior subject matter expert
• Responsible for analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. This could involve conducting process audits, gathering feedback from team members and customers, and using data analysis to drive improvements.
• You would develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows. This ensures consistency and clarity across the teams, making it easier to onboard new team members and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborating with training teams to develop training programs for team members and ensure team members are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to execute processes effectively.
• Implementing quality assurance measures to monitor adherence to processes and standards is crucial. This could involve creating quality metrics, conducting regular audits, and providing feedback to teams to ensure continuous improvement.
• Working closely with other departments such as IT, product development, and compliance to ensure that servicing processes align with broader organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to servicing processes and preparing regular reports for management would be part of your responsibilities. This helps in tracking progress, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

• Should have experience in FHA claims
