Autodesk

Sr. Principal Product Manager, Services

Colorado, USA - Remote Full time

Position Overview

Autodesk's Technical Advisory organization is building a service catalog — a set of fixed-scope, repeatable consulting offerings delivered through a digital platform. The Senior Product Manager, Services will own the detailed design and execution of this catalog.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management within Global Delivery & Solutions, you will define how consulting services are packaged, scoped, priced, discovered, and delivered through the platform.

In the first year, you will take the service catalog from concept to market — defining the first set of catalog offerings with customers, establishing the packaging and pricing model, and validating that customers will pay for standardized consulting services.

This is a hands-on product management role. You will work directly with consulting delivery teams to understand which services are repeatable enough to catalog, with customers to validate willingness to pay, and with engineering to define how services are represented and transacted on the platform.

Responsibilities

Service Catalog Product Definition

·Define and iterate on the service catalog model — how services are structured, scoped, priced, and presented to customers on the platform

·Work with consulting delivery leadership and field teams to identify which engagements are repeatable, standardizable, and suitable for fixed-scope delivery

·Design the end-to-end service experience: how customers discover services, understand what they're buying, engage delivery, and measure outcomes

·Define service-level expectations and quality standards that ensure consistent delivery as the catalog scales

Customer Validation and Market Development

·Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate service concepts, pricing models, and delivery formats

·Build feedback loops between service delivery teams and the product team, using delivery experience to improve service definitions and packaging

·Partner with GTM on positioning, launch, and sales enablement for catalog offerings

·Track adoption, conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive iterative improvement

Cross-Functional Execution

·Partner with engineering to define how services are represented, configured, and transacted on the platform

·Coordinate with the Content & Knowledge team to ensure service offerings are backed by validated, current knowledge assets

·Work with finance and legal on pricing models, revenue recognition, and commercial terms for a new service delivery model

·Collaborate with AECO Solutions and Advanced Solutions product managers to ensure catalog services align with the broader solution portfolio

Minimum Qualifications

·8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or consulting operations with progressive responsibility

·Experience defining and launching service products, professional services offerings, or marketplace/catalog models

·Experience working at the intersection of digital products and human-delivered services

·Strong analytical skills with ability to define pricing models, measure service economics, and make data-informed tradeoff decisions

·Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers for validation and feedback

·Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

The Ideal Candidate

·Has built or scaled a services catalog, professional services marketplace, or productized service offering

·Understands consulting delivery economics — utilization, margin, fixed vs. variable scoping — and can design service products that work financially

·Has experience with enterprise go-to-market motions for services, including sales enablement and channel coordination

·Has familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, operations (AECO), manufacturing, or media and entertainment industries

·Understands how to balance standardization and customization in productized service offerings.
