About the Team
The Growth organization at Workday is a dedicated, high-impact team designed to accelerate the company’s success in crucial, must-win market segments. Within Product & Technologies, we align product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution to drive performance. We combine the agility of a startup with the scale of Workday, ensuring that our most ambitious product opportunities drive material growth to Workday's bottom line.About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional product leader, reporting to the SVP of Growth, to drive the creation of new product opportunities in the agentic travel and expense solution space and accelerate business growth. You will work in close partnership with Workday’s Office of the CFO Product Management team and our agent factory team. Operating at the P6 (Senior Principal) level, you will define and deliver a multi-year vision and long-term customer experience strategy. You will act as a strategic force multiplier, proposing and shaping the investment approach for new product solutions, providing sophisticated analysis on feasibility, build vs. buy, internal platform leverage, or strategic partnerships
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for a leader who can take an idea from a blank sheet of paper and lead others on the journey of bringing it to fruition. Crucially, this role requires an AI-first mindset. You will be at the forefront of agentic AI disruption, identifying opportunities to automate high-friction, rules-based workflows and leapfrog competitors by transforming traditional SaaS revenue models into new monetizable workflows delivered by AI agents
You will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery and financial growth of the product, ensuring it achieves critical Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) targets. Success in this role requires a leader who is highly experienced at working in matrixed organizations, driving alignment, and leading through influence rather than direct authority.
What you will do in this Role
Lead the formation of entirely new solutions to complex market problems, championing strategic initiatives from inception to deployment, and ensuring they realize tangible business-level results.
Operate in an AI first mindset, proving tangible AI value on high-volume use cases, capitalizing on cost replacement opportunities and world class end user experiences
Propose and shape product investment strategy, providing robust market research and trend analysis that compels Executive Leadership to shift corporate investment priorities and resource allocation.
Translate Workday’s OKRs into actionable product roadmaps, evangelizing the product strategy across cross-functional business, engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
Lead through influence in a highly matrixed organization, building alignment—not just consensus—across diverse stakeholders (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to turn friction into focus.
Own the financial imperative and product adoption, designing consumption strategies that ensure customers adopt the application at scale to achieve market-leading outcomes.
Act as the voice of the market, identifying new business opportunities and monetization models grounded in data-backed insight. You will anticipate how advances in agentic AI and automation will shift workforce behavior and reshape software development, ensuring our strategy gets ahead of these massive functional shifts.
About You

Extensive experience developing, deploying, or supporting enterprise SaaS and/or ERP products.
Deep domain experience in Expense Management, Travel, and Payments will be a distinct advantage.

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to act as a business leader capable of scaling an initiative and ultimately owning an end-to-end business line.

Executive Influence: Expert-level stakeholder management, with a proven ability to frame narratives, challenge assumptions, and influence SVP+ and C-level executives.
Business Acumen & Agility: Deep understanding of how to link product impact to business metrics, with a full grasp of how product decisions drive revenue, cost, margin, and scalability. Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.
