Our Opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is hiring a high-impact Partner Enablement Manager to drive partner success through training, enablement, and hands-on implementation support across APA and Aisera.

This is not a traditional training role. You will ensure partners move from learning → capability → execution, acting as a hands-on technical advisor and coach to help partners successfully implement and deliver solutions in real customer environments. You will work in close partnership with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and Automation Anywhere University (AAU) to ensure enablement is not just completed—but absorbed, applied, and translated into successful implementations and customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for teaching, coaching, and building capability at scale, and who operates with a “one team, one initiative, outcome-driven” mindset..

Who You’ll Report To:

  • Sr. Director- Sales Enablement.

You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible For:

Lead Technical Enablement That Drives Execution

·Deliver hands-on enablement on APA and Aisera, including solution positioning, architecture, and implementation best practices

·Translate AAU learning paths and certifications into practical, field-ready skills

·Design and facilitate “learn by doing” experiences, including building agents/bots and walking through real-world use cases

·Coach partners to confidently articulate value, support customer conversations, and progress opportunities

Bridge Training → Real-World Implementation

·Act as the go-to technical coach for partners as they move from training into live customer environments

·Support partners in solution design, deployment models, and integrations

·Step into critical moments to unblock partners during implementations and early-stage deployments

·Reinforce best practices to ensure partners can execute with confidence and quality

Support Early Implementations & Build Capability

·Guide partners through their first implementations, ensuring strong execution and positive customer outcomes

·Help partners develop repeatable delivery approaches and implementation muscle

·Collaborate with Professional Services and Solution Engineering to support successful delivery when needed

·Ensure partners are set up to independently implement and scale solutions over time

Drive Adoption of AAU & Continuous Learning

·Ensure partners fully leverage AAU resources, certifications, and learning paths

·Reinforce continuous learning by connecting training to real-world application and outcomes

·Partner with internal enablement teams to continuously improve content relevance and effectiveness

Operate as One Team with PAMs

·Partner closely with PAMs to align enablement efforts with pipeline needs and partner priorities

·Support improved deal readiness and execution through stronger partner capability

·Operate as a unified team focused on partner success and customer outcomes

Drive Measurable Partner Outcomes

·Drive outcomes including:

oAdoption and utilization of APA and Aisera

oImplementation success and time-to-value

·Identify gaps in partner readiness and take action to improve capability and execution

·Ensure enablement translates into real impact—not just completion
 

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Experience:

  • 6–10+ years in solution engineering, technical enablement, professional services, or partner-facing technical roles.

  • Experience delivering training, enablement programs, or hands-on coaching

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, automation, AI, or ITSM platforms
     

Technical Depth:

  • Strong understanding of automation, AI, or enterprise workflows (RPA, Agentic AI, ITSM, etc.)

  • Ability to guide solution architecture and implementation discussions

  • Comfortable being hands-on in solution design, troubleshooting, and implementation support

Enablement & Coaching Strength

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance for partners

  • Strong facilitation skills across workshops, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching

  • Passion for building capability and confidence in others

Business & Collaboration

  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and customer outcomes

  • Strong collaboration with PAMs, enablement teams, and services organizations

  • Clear communicator with a practical, execution-focused mindset
