Objetive

Sr. Principal Auto Design Engineer has the objective of leading the development and implementation of industrial automation projects from the conceptual phase through plant startup, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, timelines, costs, and quality and safety standards. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and integrators to ensure proper execution of automation solutions.

Sr. Principal Auto Design Engineer has the authority to:
Make technical decisions regarding automation architecture
Define technical solutions during quoting and execution
Approve automation designs
Coordinate technical resources and suppliers
Escalate technical risks and mitigation decisions

Responsibilities

Sr. Principal Auto Design Engineer is responsible for:
Lead automation projects from start to finish
Define automation system architecture
Coordinate technical teams and suppliers
Manage project scope, cost, and timeline
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Oversee integration, FAT, SAT, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Document solutions and standardize processes

Project delivery on time, cost, and quality
Reduction of technical risks during execution
Standardization of automation solutions
Improvement in project implementation efficiency
Compliance with industrial safety regulations
