Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore)1
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
- Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required:
- Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory
- Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
- Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
- Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
- Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations
- Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP
- Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management
- Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
- Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
- Current Oracle certification
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications
- Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
- Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance
- Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions
- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
