As the Sr. Owned Brand Operations Manager focused on technology integration, you will deliver an end-to-end integrated connected & responsive digital ecosystem enabled by technology that is optimized for cost, agility, collaboration, and sustainability.

  • Define the processes, roles, responsibilities, and interaction models that enable smooth integration of technology within Owned Brand Product Creation.
  • Drive connectivity, identify dependencies, and optimize sequencing across key processes that need to be enabled by technology for optimization, within Owned Brands, and across the total enterprise.
  • Leverage business subject matter experts to inform technology solution needs
  • Partner closely with Product, UX and Engineering teams to align process, design and business requirements with technology solutions
  • Establish and Manage stakeholder groups to support prioritization and decision making.
  • Own planning and prioritization processes with clear documentation and roadmaps to communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead change management: communications, training, onboarding, and adoption strategies for new tools and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within business and product teams on operational implications of strategic decisions related to technology integration.
  • Computer skills: MS Office 365 – PowerPoint, SmartSheet, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Miro

About You

  • Four year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience (i.e. Strategy, Program/Project/Change Management, Product Management)
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment, working both independently and leading and influencing cross functional teams
  • Experience working with Product Management, Engineering, UX
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills, ability to bring order to unstructured problems, and clearly communicate complex findings to focus on issues and actionable opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling, succinct presentation, and thoughtful questioning
  • Demonstrated success working closely with senior leaders, including influencing without authority
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and audiences
  • Ability to quickly organize and prioritize complex work and track record of operational excellence
  • Respects, appreciates and values diverse voices and approaches
  • Committed to creating equitable experiences and fostering an inclusive team

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
