Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports such as new product process flow/operation instructions/PMP/PFMEA
• Support for new product production line setup, system process tracking planning, and verification
• Tracking of new product trial production/DOE, defect analysis, root cause identification, providing improvement measures and optimizing key parameters
• Collect production data and improve product process yield and efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree, in electrical/mechanical engineering or related majors
• Possess 5 years or more of experience in new power product introduction/manufacturing process-related work
• Be familiar with the IPC-610 standard, PCBA or related electronic product manufacturing standards and processes
• Proficiency in English reading and writing, with listening and speaking skills preferred
