实现年度销售目标:确保完成部门设定的销售额年度目标,通过优化业务活动和客户管理,提高销售业绩。 制定并实施客户管理策略:制定并实施针对零售药店的客户管理策略,以提升客户满意度和忠诚度,实现长期合作关系。 协调客户需求与公司资源:与客户沟通,了解其需求,并协调公司内部资源(如市场、销售、供应链等),确保满足客户需求并解决问题。 推动销售和市场推广活动:组织和推动针对零售药店的销售和市场推广活动,制定详细的活动计划,确保活动的成功实施并提高销售业绩。 监控客户销售数据和市场表现:定期监控客户的销售数据和市场表现,进行数据分析,识别趋势和潜在问题,提出改进建议以优化业务策略。 管理客户关系和合同:维护并加强与主要客户的关系,处理合同谈判、签署及执行,确保合同条款得到有效履行并解决客户的各种问题。 协调内部团队:与内部团队(如客户经理、市场部、产品部等)紧密协作,确保各部门的工作目标与客户需求相一致,提高整体工作效率。 报告和汇报:定期编制并提交相关的销售和市场报告,向上级汇报客户反馈、市场动态及业务进展,提供决策支持。
