Job Description:
The Sr. Network Operations Manager provides leadership and technical expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring, and support of Ryder’s enterprise network infrastructure. This role ensures the delivery of highly available, secure, and scalable network services across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud). The position requires a strong leader with deep networking knowledge and operational experience to drive excellence in network performance, reliability, and security.
This role manages a team responsible for network operations, including incident and problem management, capacity planning, performance optimization, and compliance with security standards. The Sr. Manager will define operational roadmaps, establish metrics and reporting, and oversee financial management for network-related services and assets.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
