Overview
Signify Health is looking for a Sr. Manager, Clinician Engagement, to join our dynamic team. This person will work with department leaders to develop and implement strategies and tactics to better engage with and drive satisfaction within Signify Health’s national network of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants – our clinician network.
This person will own and execute Signify Health’s signature event and program strategy for clinician recruitment, retention and engagement. This includes end-to-end trade show production, as well as other micro or large-scale events (existing and/or future). A major component of this responsibility involves driving the strategy of our Signify Socials, geo-targeted clinician recognition events in different markets across the United States.
This role will also focus on the enablement of meaningful relationships with Signify Health clinicians and exploring engagement levers to improve the clinician colleague experience. This includes owning and developing our clinician colleague recognition program.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Owns strategy and execution of all special events targeted to the Signify Health clinician network (or prospective clinicians)
Manages pre-and-post-event feedback collection and/or pre-and-post-event communication
Owns the strategy development and deployment of clinician recognition and engagement programs
Plays a key role in clinician workforce transition strategy development and execution, develops playbooks and templates for processes, outreach, engagement, interviews, and other relevant communication and/or business needs
Develops templates, policy, playbooks, processes, etc. related to high-priority business initiatives impacting the clinician network
Proactively builds effective relationships and positive communication with internal departmental stakeholders to assist with quick turnaround deliverable communications requests
Demonstrates understanding of the Signify business (e.g., organization structures, business strategies, current initiatives, goals, and objectives)
Maintains knowledge of current and emerging trends in marketing communications and events
Ability to travel (25-50%), including work overtime, weekends, and on-call
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of Marketing, Events and/or Project Management experience
3-5+ years of Experiential Marketing and Employee Engagement experience
Clinical operations experience, or experience working directly with a clinical cohort is strongly preferred
Experience with event development, planning, execution, and on-site supervision
Experience with content development, management, digital publishing platforms
Demonstrated success owning process development, documentation, implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluently speak, read, and write English
5-7+ years of experience in health care, working directly with clinicians and operations professionals
Experience in engaging with and communicating with clinicians, including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health care professionals (or comparable stakeholder base)
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, etc.) for day-to-day needs (e.g., resizing photos, creating email banners). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
