Regeneron is investing in resources to establish a new team which will lead and handle enterprise Third Party Risk Management. This program will define the enterprise risk management vison for Regeneron, ensure governance and accountability at all levels associated with the company’s external partners, suppliers, and service providers and ensure that third-party engagements align with the company’s ethical, regulatory, and operational standards — supporting compliant, resilient, and high-performing external relationships across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
This role will manage a team located in Bangalore reporting to the Senior Director, Global Procurement Capability Center and will work closely with the Executive Director TPRM located in USA. The role will work closely with leaders across Regeneron in associated fields, including law, finance, and compliance, and with colleagues within Global Procurement.
A typical day might include the following:
Will be responsible for handling a dedicated Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, responsible for developing and implementing a framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party Suppliers.
Key responsibilities include performing due diligence and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and establishing ongoing monitoring of supplier performance throughout the supplier lifecycle.
This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter authorities to ensure that third-party relationships align with the organization's risk appetite and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to handle third-party relationships and promote consistency. across legal, compliance, information security, and quality to embed third party risk management into business process and decision making
Handle supplier risk lifecycle management: onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding
Implement and handle a TPRM technology platform
Partner with enterprise leaders across legal, compliance, information security, and quality to embed third party risk management into business process and decision making.
Cultivate relationships and influence the behaviour internal teams and external parties
Generate key metrics and dashboards (KRIs/KPIs) to supervise risk posture and report to senior leadership.
Provide mentorship and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports and provides leadership examples for the organization.
Ensure that third-party activities align with relevant regulations and assist with internal and external audits.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus relevant, dynamic experience in Third Party Risk Management, including experience in Pharma/BioPharma / cGMP working environment.
Experience of working in global environment and setting up & running TPRM operations.
Minimum 15 + years of experience developing and maintaining global third party risk management programs
Builds influential relationships with partners and suppliers to got results Regeneron. Demonstrate success in driving transformation and building high-performing teams.
Individual who is experienced operating with integrity, focus, and clarity in an environment of ambiguity to lead change and improvement.
Experience leading and guiding associate level professionals in a multi-national company including writing performance reviews, setting annual objectives, mentor, and developing direct reports is preferred.
Experience with TPRM risk technologies (including risk/compliance monitoring platforms) is preferable
Ability to demonstrate standard business applications for communicating, presenting and analysing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
