Sr. Material Handler (Shipping and Receiving)
We are looking for a Sr. Material Handler (Shipping and Receiving) to join our Curtiss-Wright Exlar Team!
As a Sr. Material Handler (Shipping and Receiving), you will cross train and support all aspects of material flow through our warehouse. This includes supporting shipping, receiving, packaging, stocking, picking, inventory, and material movement.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Hourly rate: $22.00 to $26.00

Your Challenge:
Package and prepare, load and unload shipments.
Contact and schedule carriers to pick up freight.
Create SLI's, CI's and delivery notes along with customs filing.
Process all incoming and outgoing material and examine for quality control and processing discrepancies.
Perform a variety of kitting and order functions.
Assist with cycle count inventory.
Operate a variety of material handling equipment including sit down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
What You Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of related warehouse experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Experience creating SLI's, CI's and delivery notes.
Comfortable to stand, climb, reach, and lift up to 50lbs regularly.
Physical ability to lift, push and pull materials and equipment.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents and inventory records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Must be a US person.
