Sr. Marketing Specialist - UGG Community

This role is end-to-end ownership execution lead for event management within the UGG PR team, directly supporting the PR Manager in executing the yearly event strategy at a high standard. Core responsibilities include co-work with IMC team to implementing the brand creative idea, seasonal concept to well executing ​ two key seasonal brand events (Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter). When collaboration projects are jointly aligned at planning stage, the Community & Event function leading what is built, experienced, and delivered. Independently driving seasonal local collaboration activations and pinnacle fashion/trendy channel events, fostering community engagement, proactively builds and maintains relationships with local collaboration partners, key opinion leaders of local communities, integrating resources to identify extended cooperation opportunities and ensuring smooth project delivery.  

30% Seasonal Brand Events (implement/Execution & Support)​:

• Co-work with IMC team​ and support PR manager in developing the strategic roadmap and execution plans for the SS/AW large-scale brand events, translating the IMC team's creative concepts into actionable on-ground plans. 

• Lead the execution​ of these events, including co-work with IMC team on RFP, brief development, creative concept implementing and project timeline control and process management.

•  Independently lead the creative idea well landing and full oversee on-site execution, including set up quality control, rundown, troubleshooting and coordinate cross-functional requirements to maximize and optimize event communication, customer experience, and brand presentation.

• Conduct post-event analysis, reporting on media coverage, feedback, and cost-effectiveness.

30% Community engagement and brand experience (Independent Execution):

•  Independently plan and execute​ seasonal global and local collaboration launch communication plan include but not limited co-work with collaboration partner to develop campaign, partner own and UGG own media communication plan, launch events, pinnacle channel activities and interactive mechanism, in alignment with plans co-developed with the PR Manager.​ 

•  Fully leverage partnership resources and event platform to always-on enhance community loyalty and brand premium emotional connection.

• Consolidate assets from events to support PR and social media, retail amplification.

30% Community key opinion leaders’ daily relationship builds and maintains

• To develop a potential candidate for local collaborations, supporting the PR Manager in regular exploring local partnerships to forge connections with local communities, and maximizing the impact of global collaborations to penetrate deeper into these communities.

• Through community partnership models, help the brand better expand its community boundaries, from fashion and trends to art and music

10% Routine work:

• Regular reporting includes but not limited project report, seasonal report, collaboration partner feedback and recap.

• Ongoing monitor and analysis industry trends, competitor activity insight

• Routine system and payment, always be fully support seeding order to gain brand exposure with community activation
