What will you do? 

 

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist, Digital Demand Generation to drive scalable, performance‑driven digital marketing campaigns that expand new customer base and generate qualified demand and pipeline to capture rapid business growth in India market. This role will play a critical hands‑on role in planning, executing, and optimizing full‑funnel digital campaigns, working closely with sales, marketing, and agency partners.

  • This position is ideal for a results‑oriented marketer who is highly analytical, execution‑focused, and experienced in B2B digital demand programs. This role will report directly to Marketing Director, APAC and be based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon

 

 

What we look for? 

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital demand generation campaigns to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
  • Manage integrated campaigns across:
    • Paid search, display, and social (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, retargeting)
    • Email marketing and nurture programs
    • Landing pages and website conversion paths
  • Adapt global and regional campaign strategies for local relevance and performance

Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
  • Maintain dashboards and regular performance reporting for stakeholders

Marketing Technology & Lead Management

  • Operate marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Ensure accurate lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales
  • Partner with sales teams to continuously improve lead quality and pipeline conversion

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and content teams
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for media buying, creative, and campaign execution
  • Support APAC and global marketing initiatives as needed

Success Metrics

  • Volume and quality of MQLs and SALs
  • Cost per lead and cost per opportunity
  • Funnel conversion rates and pipeline contribution
  • Campaign ROI and continuous performance improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation in B2B
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid digital channels and integrated campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Proven ability to drive measurable demand and pipeline impact
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting APAC or global demand programs
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or mid‑market audiences
  • Exposure to analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
