Meet the team:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to elevate our marketing communication efforts across all Healthcare Professionals (HCP) channels (Diabetologists, Nurses, GPs, Pharmacists). This role is pivotal in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and drive business growth.

This role is mostly remote, with 1 to 2 days per week at the office in Paris 13.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing communication strategies.
  • Drive alignment and synergies between local and regional marketing teams within a matrix organization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Market and portfolio analysis, including interpretation of data
  • Development and implementation of local marketing strategies and tactics based on the international and regional strategic marketing plan
  • Close collaboration with regional sales organizations as well as external and internal stakeholders at both regional and international levels
  • Strong cooperation with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups
  • Production of the annual marketing plan and budget
  • Cross-functional teamwork within the team and with departments such as Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, Market Access, and the international marketing team
  • Performance monitoring and reporting of marketing activities, along with continuous market and competitive analysis
  • Close collaboration with external agencies

Essential Skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable degree program with a focus on Marketing and/or Communications
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in brand management, product management, or marketing—ideally in the Consumer Health or Medical Technology sector
  • Proven experience working in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, and monitoring marketing performance
  • Experience managing communications agencies
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a self-directed yet team-oriented approach
  • Open-minded, creative, and a natural networker
  • Innovative mindset and enthusiasm
  • High customer orientation
  • Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of industry experience
  • 4-6 years of previous people management experience

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
