ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
TelevisaUnivision’s Distribution Partner Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with
strong interest and experience in the media and streaming landscape. This role manages
day-to-day project coordination and supports all aspects of partner marketing—including
asset management, campaign execution, market insights, and cross-functional
collaboration. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, highly organized, and thrives in a
multi-stakeholder environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure
seamless delivery of marketing initiatives, persuasive sales/marketing materials, and
integrated partnership support. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, the
ability to anticipate needs, and a solution-oriented mindset.

YOUR DAY-DAY:
• Project manage and support execution of partner marketing projects across sports,
entertainment, and SVOD initiatives.
• Traffic creative assets (key art, video, social, email, OOH) to internal teams,
distribution partners, and agencies.
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, delivery calendars, and proof-ofperformance
documentation.
• Coordinate communication with partners and agencies on deliverables, production
needs, and approvals.
• Manage internal resource hubs (SharePoint, Dropbox, Monday), meeting recaps,
and follow-ups.
• Support vendor setup, invoicing, budget documentation, and department
operations.
• Develop ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management.
• Manage promotional/asset toolkits and ensure alignment with programming
priorities.
• Collaborate with the programming team to provide partners timely promotional
information.
• Monitor competitive landscape (MVPD/vMVPD/OTT players).
• Apply analytical thinking to measure performance and drive continuous
improvement.
 

YOU HAVE:
• Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience in a client-facing media role
(media company, agency, or streaming platform).
• Experience creating value-driven partner campaigns that support growth and ROI.
• Strong understanding of creative deliverables, digital marketing, SEO, and asset
specs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills: with fluency in
Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple
priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project-tracking tools.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across
stakeholder groups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Analytical thinker with curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.
• Interest in streaming, entertainment, sports, and Hispanic media.
