Senior Analyst, Global Marketing Operations
We are seeking a driven, solutions‑oriented Senior Analyst to lead critical processes and systems that power our global marketing and communications success. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Global Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams, with responsibilities that span the full portfolio and directly support commercial execution.
The Senior Analyst will oversee two major areas: (1) the Global Advertising & Promotion (AdProm) Review Process, and (2) global budget management and financial operations.
This position reports to the Associate Director, Marketing & Commercial Excellence and requires a highly collaborative mindset, strong project leadership, and the ability to influence across a diverse set of global stakeholders. The role offers significant exposure, development opportunities, and future career growth across multiple functions within Baxter.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Promotion (AdProm) Review Leadership
Lead the global AdProm review process, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely evaluation of promotional, training, and therapy materials.
Manage all AdProm submissions—including concepts, assets, kits, and components—within a centralized, audit‑ready system.
Coordinate cross‑functional reviews with global and country marketing teams, regulatory, medical affairs, and corporate communications.
Drive complex review cycles, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Communicate updates, changes, and requirements to key stakeholders across the organization.
Generate and analyze KPI, quality, and compliance reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and medical guidance; recommend corrective actions and implement process enhancements as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support seamless project execution.
Global Budget & Financial Operations
Oversee the full budget management lifecycle for the global marketing team, ensuring accurate planning, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate annual and quarterly budget cycles in partnership with finance and marketing leadership.
Maintain financial systems, tools, and workflows that support efficient monitoring of expenditures and performance.
Develop and manage financial tracking models; ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Prepare detailed financial reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
Apply strong analytical skills to identify variances, risks, and opportunities within the budget.
Qualifications & Attributes
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications, or a related field. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to make sound, data‑driven recommendations.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and move projects forward—even without full consensus.
Independent thinker with the ability to manage streamlined processes while adapting to evolving business needs.
Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional projects to completion.
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
