Job Summary职位概述:
This position is dedicated to building active and stable communication channels and effective policy advocacy practices for Roche Diagnostics China and national level medical insurance, health related departments, industry associations, and academic organizations. Particularly, it has a deep understanding and insight into the logic system of medical service price access, medical consumables medical insurance coding, and health policies related to China's medical device industry. Deeply involved in the drafting, revision, and recommendations of standards and guidelines in relevant policy areas, possessing a keen ability to make forward-looking policy judgments to support enterprises in risk prevention, rapid response, and proposing response strategies. Collaborate with the national market access team to establish a communication platform for internal training, implementation observation, and feedback on national health policies. This position is a pioneer in using health economics evidence to advocate for value access in enterprises, and particularly outstanding candidates will have the opportunity to join the China Innovation Market Access Project.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Build up and maintain effective communication with the National Health Insurance Administration, the National Health Commission, medical reform expert think-tanks, professional associations, Universities, KOLs, etc.
与国家医保局、卫健委、医改专家智囊团、专业学协会、大学和研究机构、KOL等建立良好合作关系
2. Assist Line managers in formulating central market access strategies，policy analysis and early warning and so on.
协助直线经理完成中央市场准入工作战略制定，政策分析与预警等工作
3. Assist line managers to achieve the team’s core business indicators, including Pricing Items, Technical Specifications for National Medical Service Projects, Medical Service Price Governance，etc.
协助直线经理达成团队核心业务指标，包括收费项目、技术规范、价格治理等
4. Independently complete the internal and external project work.
独立完成公司内外部项目工作
5. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Bachelor and above, Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics, Clinical Medicine, Bio-tech, Public Health are preferred.

Experience工作经验:
Five and above years of experience in Central Market Access with medical device MNC, or previous employment in medical insurance and health policy research institutions, as well as in the pricing/medical insurance departments of tertiary public hospitals.
五年及以上欧美大型医疗器械企业中央市场准入工作经验，或曾在医疗保险和卫生政策研究机构以及曾在三甲公立医院的物价/医保部门就职者。
Three and above years of relevant work experience in two or more of the aforementioned fields
