Position Summary 岗位概述:
Be responsible for Filling/Package process, ensuring all operations comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies.
负责灌装或包装过程，并确保所有操作符合EHS（环境、健康与安全）法规和公司政策。
Key Responsibilities关键职责：
- Per PMR to filling and package for IVD reagents, liquid media, cell banks, etc., ensuring accurate filling and package in compliance with EHS standards.
根据产品主文件，为体外诊断试剂、液体培养基、细胞库等产品进行灌包装，确保操作准确并符合EHS标准。
- Troubleshoots and optimizes the reagent filling/ package line to maintain continuity and efficiency in production.
负责试剂灌装线/包装线的故障排除和优化，确保生产流程的连续性和效率。
- Conduct critical tests during the manufacturing process, including but not limited to quality checks to ensure products meet predetermined quality standards and EHS requirements.
执行生产过程中的关键测试，包括但不限于质量检测以确保产品符合预定的质量标准和EHS要求。
- Handle daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of the filling/package line to ensure stable equipment operation and production efficiency, and promptly report any potential EHS risks.
灌包装线的日常维护和预防性维护工作，以保障设备的稳定运行和生产效率，并及时上报任何潜在的EHS风险。
- Familiar with and operates level sensors to ensure precise control of material levels during the filling process, preventing overfilling or underfilling and potential safety hazards.
熟悉并操作液位传感器，确保灌装过程中物料水平控制精准，避免过量或不足及可能引发的安全隐患。
- Assist the production manager/line leader in planning and executing complex production processes to ensure the efficient completion of production tasks at various stages.
协助生产经理/线长规划和执行复杂的生产流程，确保各阶段生产任务的高效完成。
- Possess data analysis skills to analyze production data in depth for optimizing product performance and enhancing production efficiency.
具备数据分析能力，能够对生产数据进行深入分析，以优化产品性能和提升生产效率。
- Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the production line according to standard operating procedures and work instructions, ensuring equipment is in good condition and all operations meet EHS requirements.
依据标准操作程序和工作指导书，负责生产线的日常检查和维护，确保设备处于良好状态，且所有操作符合EHS要求。
- Participate in the regular emergency evacuation drills organized by the company and demonstrate understanding of basic emergency response and evacuation procedures.
参与公司定期组织的应急疏散演练，掌握基本应急响应与逃生技能。
- Identify and report potential safety hazards and environmental risks and support the implementation of EHS improvement initiatives.
识别和报告潜在的安全隐患与环境风险，支持现场EHS改进措施的实施。
- Comply with chemical management and waste segregation requirements to ensure environmental regulations are met.
遵守化学品管理与废弃物分类要求，确保操作过程符合环保规定。
- Undertake other related tasks assigned by superiors, including but not limited to the management of the filling/package team and cross-departmental collaboration.
执行上级指派的其他相关工作，包括但不限于灌包装小组的管理、跨部门协作等。
Qualifications要求:
- Educational Requirement: High school degree or above, in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Antimachine technology, or related fields is preferred.
学历要求：高中及以上学历，生物技术、化学工程、自动化技术等相关专业优先。
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining filling/package lines, familiar with the principles and procedures of filling/package equipment.
工作经验：至少3年以上的灌包装线操作和维护经验，熟悉灌包装设备的工作原理和操作流程。
- Would like to attend OT if required.
愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要。
