JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to drive operational excellence by leading the execution of technical and cross‑functional projects that enhance current and next‑generation products, components, and capabilities. The role ensures component projects are planned effectively, resourced appropriately, and delivered on schedule through strong coordination, data‑driven problem‑solving, and proactive risk management. It serves as an operational integrator—aligning teams, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining clear communication across the organization and with external customers. Additionally, the role strengthens operational readiness by mentoring team members, improving workflows, and building internal and external networks that support continuous improvement and sustained delivery performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved components or process, for current programs, next generation programs and to meet strategic goals and objectives of the company.
  • Define project objectives, strategies, and deliverables; translate business or technical goals into actionable tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track for internal and external customers
  • Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and resolutions.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate input and collaboration across departments and project teams to ensure alignment and resource availability.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Mentor and support project team members, helping them navigate challenges and grow professionally.
  • Cultivates an internal and external network of resources to complete tasks.

• Mentors employees by sharing technical expertise and providing feedback and guidance.

• Interacts cross functionally and with internal and external customers.

• Acts as a spokesperson to customers on business unit current and future capabilities.

Minimum 6 years

Manufacturing engineering experience, medical device experience required,

Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills. Six Sigma certification preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects involving internal and third party manufacturing partners

Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings. Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. Strong

organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

Ability to travel approximately 5%, including internationally.

The base pay for this position is

$90,000.00 – $180,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
