This role is part of Alcon's Supply Chain function, a team that manages the logistics, inventory management, and supply chain analytics for Alcon's industry leading products to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively so that people can see brilliantly.The Sr. Manager, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (Management Path), is primarily responsible for leading teams to optimize safety and efficiency in warehouse and distribution operations. You will develop strategies to boost business performance, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure safety compliance. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are vital.

• Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance business performance
• Manage inventory and coordinate shipments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and completing required training
• Implement departmental plans and ensure team performance and success, fostering a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, and enhancing employee engagement and recognition
• Contribute to policy and procedure development impacting team performance and departmental success
• Commit to continuous improvement in operations and meet individual job requirements to contribute to organizational compliance.
