12/10/20255200 Virginia Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, United States of AmericaThe Sr. Manager, Technical Product Delivery is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of product delivery in the technology environment. This role may manage cross functional team, ensuring successful product launches and collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to deliver high quality solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Delivery Management
Lead and manage the technical product delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful product releases
Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope and budget
Participate in and help lead planning sessions and adherence to the product roadmaps
Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring quality standards and team objectives are met
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor teammates (can include engineering, product, systems analyst, QA, and/or project) to ensure seamless delivery
May be responsible for managing and developing managers on the team
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and accountability within the team, and in creating a special place for teammates
Participate in and oversee development and achievement of the team’s objectives and key results (OKRs)
Stakeholder Communication
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables, timeline and scope
Interface with multiple levels of the IT, product, and business organizations
Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure product aligns with customer needs and business goals
Process Improvement
Evaluate and improve product delivery processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure team aligns with methodologies for product development and deployment
Identify and resolve any roadblocks or risks that may impact delivery
Other duties as assigned.
