Why This Role Is Important
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning acts as a central connector within the Pharmacy organization. The role leads the preparation of leadership presentations, quarterly and periodic updates, and project coordination. The work of this role requires precision, agility, and strong collaboration across teams.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role connects information, context, and people to enable timely, well-informed decision-making. It contributes directly to the rhythm and visibility of the Pharmacy business and plays a key part in maintaining discipline and consistency.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage leadership presentations, briefing decks, and recurring updates in collaboration with key business partners.
Coordinate cross-functional project kick-offs and ensure clarity of expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare communication and presentation materials for senior leadership as needed.
Partner across functions to support collaboration, transparency, and alignment on priorities.
Maintain and evolve planning templates, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
Support the end to end process of content development (ideation to preparation) for key meetings and national/regional conferences.
Support planning for internal leadership and engagement forums, ensuring structure and clear execution.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management within a complex business or healthcare environment.
Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail, adaptability under tight timelines, and sound judgment when handling executive-level deliverables.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; experience in storytelling and visual presentation design is an asset.
Proven success collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups.
Post-secondary education required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset.
