As a Sr Manager, Partnership Strategy & Governance, you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make.
The Sr Manager, Partnership Strategy & Governance will help drive our brands and businesses through the Sports & Entertainment Industry via strategic partnerships: You turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities will span across sponsorships/partnerships, media, and agency management. This position is best suited for someone who is a strategic, project manager, has a bias for action, a love of process and operational optimization in addition to excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve goals.
The Sr Manager, Partnership Strategy & Governance brings the opportunity to work on iconic brands with an ambitious strategy and style to drive sports and entertainment partnerships. You will be responsible for partnering with brands and businesses to find new ways to optimize our partnerships through collaboration and transparency. You will be asked to think differently about how we partner and advertise and to inspire others to do the same.
Key Components of the Role
Lead the governance and operations of Sports and Entertainment Partnerships across Kraft Heinz to drive differentiated channels of marketing to build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business
Assist Head of Sports & Entertainment Marketing in the development of end-to-end sports & entertainment strategy and provide input on all partnership opportunities that align with brand and business objectives
Collaborate with internal partners on all partnership initiatives
Work closely with agency vendors in ticketing and governance to ensure automation of processes and reporting
Assist in the development of research frameworks for ROI on Sports & Entertainment Partnerships
Support the influence of category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, legal, procurement and agency partners to bring partnerships to life
Participate in discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership
Collaborate with functional partners to ensure compliance and mitigation of financial, legal, and reputational risks.
Apply consumer insights to inform sports partnerships and campaign strategy
Analyze data to inform strategies and assess in-market results to drive business objectives
Qualifications
5-7 years prior experience in sports and entertainment marketing, either in a CPG company or supporting from the agency side (advertising, consulting, media), is preferred
Creative innovator with the courage to implement new processes and procedures while being passionate about the power of partnerships to impact strategic direction of business
Experience in supporting the development and execution of sports and/or entertainment partnerships, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with multiple simultaneous projects, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
