We are looking for our next Sr. Manager, Sales Operations- OTC supporting the OTC Sales Strategy Team, in Fort Worth, TX. As a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations- OTC you will be responsible for leading the sales operations team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will focus on strategic planning, performance analysis, and process improvement to support sales goals and drive revenue growth.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Lead development and optimization of trade investment strategy based on customer value & performance to maximize profitable sales growth for Alcon
  • Partner with brand teams to drive portfolio selling against channel and specific customer opportunities – includes leading annual coupon strategy development and planning
  • Partner with sales teams by providing investment optimization recommendations, resources and best practices for executing promotional spend effectively
  • Identify opportunities to propose incremental budget enhancements based on price and promotion elasticities and ROI analyses
  • Partner with sales and brand teams to establish KPI framework, critical calendar promo periods, execution standards, and account / channel promotion and investment segmentation
  • Support monthly & quarterly investment QBRs
  • Monitor competitor promotional activities & lead response planning
  • Works with Rev Ops to drive key program operations
  • Develop new and manage promotion performance dashboards
  • Identify and manage revenue growth risks through mitigation plans

What you’ll bring to Alcon:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs.; Assoc.+11 yrs.; M.S.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.) 
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience 
  • 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
