Job Description Summary
Lead the Americas Securities Processing Professional Services practice, ensuring successful client onboarding and delivery of large, strategic implementations. This role drives customer success, revenue growth, and practice readiness while ensuring engagements meet client needs, business requirements, and future growth objectives. The leader will manage complex, high‑value programs and accelerate realization of contracted revenue (RUC) across Securities Processing clients
General Duties & Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Build and lead the Americas Securities Processing consulting practice to deliver against the business plan and meet FIS growth objectives.
- Drive practice strategy for onboarding, delivery excellence, and capability development across Phase3, PTP, and related Securities Processing solutions.
- Ensure alignment with global PS leadership to maintain consistent methods, reusable delivery assets, and standardized implementation practices.
Client Onboarding & Strategic Engagement Delivery
- Lead delivery of large, strategic, and complex client engagements in the Americas
- Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, ensuring smooth discovery, design, implementation, and go‑live readiness.
- Accelerate and safeguard revenue recognition through proactive delivery governance and issue resolution.
Revenue, & Business Management
- Ensure revenue meets or exceeds plan through effective utilization, proactive sales partnership, and predictable delivery execution.
- Communicate performance metrics, risks, and outlooks to senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Manage consulting personnel including staffing decisions, coaching, performance management, career planning, and succession planning.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent to meet growing practice demands.
- Ensure consulting resources maintain strong expertise in Phase3, PTP, data migration, integrations, and regulatory workflows.
Execution Excellence & Governance
- Ensure engagement governance across all Americas projects with strong planning, RAID discipline, executive updates, and early risk escalation.
- Drive consistent use of project delivery toolkits, reusable artifacts, and standard methodologies across engagements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders at client organizations, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaboration Across Practices
- Work with global Consulting Practice Managers to match the right resources to the right engagements and support cross‑regional delivery needs.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel 30–50% (or as needed).

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership, team‑building, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder financial technology implementations.
- Understanding of Back office processing preferably securities processing, regulatory requirements, and broker‑dealer workflows.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Relevant project management or industry certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, FINRA, Agile)
