Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Operations & Supply Chain Delivery to serve as the central lead across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders, with the primary responsibility of driving cohesion and collaboration of the Product function, for bringing Product together, driving planning and prioritization, establishing governance, and ensuring cross-functional execution discipline.
This role will act as a key leader for coordination of our Product teams and act as Product CoE lead for the initiative, providing PMO-style structure across roadmap planning, dependency management, decision tracking, governance forums, risk management, and follow-through. In addition, this role will support execution across key digital supply chain initiatives, including onboarding, integrations, order management modernization, visibility, exception handling, and operational readiness.
Your role:
Product Operations and Product CoE leadership
- Bring Product leaders, Product managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders together around a shared roadmap, priorities, milestones, and execution plan.
- Act as the operational lead for the Product CoE, helping standardize planning, governance, prioritization, review cadence, and follow-through.
- Serve as a champion for the product function, driving alignment, visibility, and adoption of product-led practices across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Support product intake, prioritization, roadmap alignment, scope management, and dependency coordination.
- Ensure product requirements and business priorities are translated into execution-ready plans.
- Drive visibility into product decisions, tradeoffs, risks, roadmap shifts, and ownership.
- Help create a consistent operating model across Product, functioning as the PMO-style coordination layer for the organization.
Governance, PMO, and Execution Management
- Own integrated planning, execution tracking, RAID management, decision logs, and governance cadence.
- Run working sessions, roadmap reviews, SteerCos, status reviews, and executive updates.
- Track commitments, blockers, cross-team dependencies, and action items through closure.
- Escalate gaps in ownership, prioritization, or execution with clear remediation options.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, risks, asks, and decisions.
Supply Chain Delivery Support
- Support execution of digital supply chain workstreams across onboarding, master data, integrations, order management modernization, visibility, exception handling, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate delivery dependencies across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Data, and Compliance teams.
- Help ensure supply chain initiatives are well planned, sequenced, and supported through build, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Improve execution readiness and follow-through across supply chain programs.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Supply Chain, Data, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders stay aligned on priorities, scope, timelines, ownership, and delivery expectations.
- Support leadership forums with clear status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
Team Leadership
- Lead program managers, analysts, coordinators, or delivery resources assigned to the function.
- Create clear cadence, ownership, and accountability across the team.
- Coach team members on planning, communication, governance, and execution discipline.
What you bring to the role:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, product coordination, program management, PMO, supply chain delivery, or cross-functional transformation roles.
- Strong experience supporting Product organizations through planning, prioritization, governance, dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong program governance, planning, communication, and risk management skills.
- Experience leading execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with supply chain, order management, integrations, or operational platform environments is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Product organizations through roadmap planning, governance, intake management, or Product CoE functions.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, fulfillment, or platform delivery environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Xvantage, X4A, X4C, GDL, VCAF, SeeBurger, SAP PR1, Impulse, MAO, OMS, or WMS.
- Experience supporting large transformation programs with short-term and long-term delivery phases.
- Experience leading global teams and managing work across multiple time zones.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $138,100.00 - $234,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
