What We'll Bring:
This role will act as a key product leader and enablement partner for the Marketing Solutions Product organization and is responsible for driving cross pillar product execution, consistency, and talent development across the Marketing Solutions portfolio.
The Senior Manager, Product Management – Cross‑Pillar Enablement will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Go‑To‑Market, and regional leadership teams to ensure strong product practices, clear execution, and effective scaling of product talent in India.
This role will have the opportunity to lead horizontal product initiatives, mentor and manage product managers, and serve as a force multiplier across multiple product pillars. This is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru and involves regular performance of job responsibilities in collaboration with global teams.
What You'll Bring:
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the cross‑pillar product enablement lead across Marketing Solutions, supporting initiatives that start horizontally and span across pillars of Audience, Identity, Measurement and Insights.
- Drive consistent application of product management best practices, including discovery rigor, roadmap discipline, prioritization, and delivery readiness across teams.
- Partner closely with pillar Product and Engineering leaders to align roadmaps, dependencies, and execution sequencing for cross‑cutting initiatives.
- Lead and support portfolio‑level initiatives that do not sit within a single product pillar, ensuring clarity, ownership, and execution momentum.
- Directly manage and develop India‑based product managers, providing coaching, performance management, and clear growth paths.
- Provide matrixed leadership and mentorship to product managers across Marketing Solutions, influencing without direct authority.
- Establish and reinforce product excellence standards within the India product organization, including discovery quality, PRD rigor, and outcome‑oriented roadmaps.
- Partner with global Product leadership to build and scale a strong India‑based product talent bench aligned to Marketing Solutions’ long‑term needs.
- Represent India‑based product teams in global planning, prioritization, and operating cadence forums.
- Identify gaps in product process, tooling, or capability and proactively drive improvements through enablement, training, or structural changes.
- Support operating cadence, capacity planning, and execution transparency across pillars to ensure predictable delivery and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications and Education:
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles.
- Proven experience operating as a senior product leader across multiple products or solution areas.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing product managers.
- Strong experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous, cross‑functional problems into clear product direction and execution plans.
Preferred:
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Identity, Data, or Platform‑based products.
- Experience building or scaling product teams in India.
- Familiarity with portfolio‑level product governance, prioritization frameworks, and operating cadences.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
