  • Product/Engineering Partnership: Work closely with technical teams to prioritize system enhancements and ensure seamless integration of transaction-based fees and subscription tiers.
  • Tooling Optimization: Continuously audit and improve system functionality to drive "touchless" billing and maximize user adoption across Sales and Provisioning teams.

Pricing Compliance & Risk Mitigation

  • Audit & Controls: Design and execute regular audits of pricing implementation across all systems and channels to identify discrepancies, unauthorized configurations, or revenue leakage.
  • Data Stewardship: Maintain 100% data integrity within the Price Book and backend systems, ensuring BILL meets all internal and external Audit and Compliance requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly identify and resolve pricing errors, implementing long-term procedural controls to minimize recurring issues.

Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Process Transformation: Analyze current workflows to find efficiencies, redesigning everything from discounting workflows and exception handling to billing reconciliation.
  • Change Management: Develop comprehensive communication plans and training programs to ensure internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) understand and can correctly apply pricing updates.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide transparent, data-driven status updates to senior leadership, highlighting project progress, system health, and key operational risks.
